This policy explains how the optional Mortive VIP Membership is billed and how to cancel it.

What the membership is

VIP Membership is an optional, paid membership that can be added at checkout. Members receive member pricing, priority customer support, free shipping on member orders after their introductory first order, and early access to new releases.

Price and billing

The membership costs $49.99 USD per month. You are charged when you join and then every month on the same date until you cancel. We will never charge more than $49.99 USD per monthly billing period for your membership.

By adding the membership at checkout, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in any of these ways:

Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find your account. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellations made at least 3 business days before your next billing date take effect before that charge. Requests made less than 3 business days before a billing date may not be processed in time to stop that charge, in which case the cancellation takes effect from the following billing period.

Refunds

Membership fees already billed are not refunded, except where required by law or where you were charged after cancelling within the time described above, in which case we will refund that charge in full. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
